ONS Ireland is a family business with a proven history of delivering substantial residential and commercial projects throughout the Midlands. The organisation brings together decades of senior leadership experience gained through the successful completion of large-scale, high-value projects.

Started in 1997 by Pat and Sean Flanagan the directors drew on their experience in the steel fabrication industry dating back to 1977 when Pat Flanagan started Flanagan Engineering Ltd and later as managing director of Premier Steel ltd (1986 – 1995)

ONS Ireland quickly became one of the largest developers in the Midlands, delivering complex residential and commercial developments requiring strategic planning, detailed technical coordination, and disciplined project management.
